Alexander is the Lead Figure Skating Coach and the driving technical force behind Ryabinin Camps. If a skater is struggling with a stalled jump, chronic under-rotations, or two-footed landings, Alexander is the specialist who breaks down the mechanics and fixes the root of the problem. His coaching philosophy is built on pure biomechanics and modern training technology. On the ice, he zeroes in on the precise details of jump techniques—like ensuring the correct left-foot takeoff for a proper Axel—and advanced spin mechanics. Off the ice, he accelerates his students' progress using specialized tools like vestibular rotators and jump harnesses. These tools allow skaters to safely build the muscle memory for multi-rotational jumps before even stepping onto the ice. What makes Alexander’s approach so effective is that he understands the competitive journey completely. As a father who actively coaches his own two daughters in competitive figure skating, he sees the sport from both sides of the boards. He knows how to push athletes to reach their technical peak while keeping them motivated and confident. Whether he is running an intensive camp in Europe or Asia, Alexander is always accessible. He believes in clear communication with parents, offering honest assessments of an athlete's current technique and providing a straightforward, step-by-step roadmap for their development.
